Question Details: I need to obtain a history of previous owners on a motorcycle. I need to find out who purchased it. It is not a new bike. I had 9k stolen under my watch at a business I manage. Within days an employee with a previous record and no money came in with an expensive custom bike. We had him take a lie detector test witch he did not want to take at first, and passed it. He since has been fired. I need to contact the previous owner to see if it was just bought or not. He claims it is his brothers bike. For many reasons it does not appear true. Your help is greatley appreciated. I only have the make and plate number. THANKS!
